HBsAg Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Rapid Test
Intended Use
The reagent is for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen in serum/plasma/whole blood sample.
Test Principle
The reagent is used to detect the HBsAg in human serum/plasma/whole blood according to the principle of double antibody sandwich method and gold immunochromatography assay. The test utilizes anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody B and goat anti-mouse antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane with colloidal gold marked mixed anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody A. The sample mixing up colloidal-gold anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody moves along the membrane to the T line, and forms the T line when the sample contains HBsAg,which is a positive result. Conversely, it is a negative result. Unreacted markers move forward continually to combine with goat anti-mouse antibody and form a control line.
Main Components
Sample pad, colloidal gold conjugate pad, nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper and PVC board. Colloidal gold conjugate pad labeled with anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody A, nitrocellulose membrane coated with anti-HBsAg monoclonal antibody B and goat anti-mouse antibody.
Sample diluent: phosphate containing buffer.
Disposable plastic straws (optional).
Description: different components of different batches cannot be used at the same time to avoid erroneous results.
